Enseigne translates from French to “Signboard” or In this case “shield” which could be seen as a type of board. The Enseigne is a Deadside only voodoo weapon that can deflect oncoming bullets and various projectiles. It is powered by skulls and slowly drains the voodoo meter/Shadow Display when in use.
The Enseigne works best when not used constantly but only right before when needed to deflect enemy attacks (to save voodoo power). It does not work for physical combat attacks such as scratches or bites from enemies.
